After a lot of back and forth we increased the memory as they requested and still experienced daily crashes. Their support informed us we didn't have enough memory but our monitoring system was not reflecting that. Our Linewize system has been crashing almost daily for quite some time. We have 2x symmetrical 1Gbps lines with TPG and Exetel. A physical box requires space and power while if the server the VM is running has an issue or crashes, we can migrate it to another server in the cluster.

Also, the windows agent automatically update now based on which version you select as your active version. They have fixed both their Windows and iPad client issues and are given advanced copies of windows feature updates to make sure their clients are ready before the updates are pushed out. Run your report on a student and click gives you a link that lasts up to 48 hours and anyone with the link is able to view the report. That being said, their interface/dashboard is hands down the best out of all Content Filters I have used/looked at and their reporting ability is phenomenal.

I like ContentKeeper however, I do have a few issues I must point out. We are currently using ContentKeeper but will be switching BACK to lightspeed this summer. K-2 are shared Chromebooks, 3-6 are 1:1 Chromebooks, and 7-12 are BYOD (Windows and Macbook), and our Staff are provided Windows laptops. To give a little context, we are a K-12 School located in Australia with roughly 1000 students and 200 Staff. We currently have a filtering solution in place but support from the company has not been so great lately so we are looking at what else is out there.
